Posted by Fabian Mosenson I called Customer Relations at Apple and they said, mainly, that their ingeneers decided that this is a mere wear and tear problem. I would like to know if anybody has some new information about how to solve this issue without paying the 310 dollars fee, with or with out Apple. Thanks in advance F.M

Hi , my name is Fabián Mosenson, I have the same hinges/clutches issues you describe in your site. I have been to nearly all the sites where people that have this problem are complaining.
