I have a 233/512 Wallstreet with a 12" screen. The Desktop's right side and lower portion are not viewable on my screen. (like the display is one resolution behind the video signal) No matter what the resolution and whether or not I boot from CD, I get the exact same symptoms. This is a big problem since most icons mount to the right side. I am left blind to them. The screen is in great shape otherwise and all the resolutions show the same symptom. What could cause this symptom?
