My wife has a WallStreet II 233. The power connector just broke this previous Wednesday (4/10/02). I am venturing a guess about the power connector on the sound board but the AC Adapter replacements seem to have done this in. It had no problem with the previous adapters but these do not quite fit right and then, snap!, off it came. One of the hinges is broken on the monitor and I really don't feel like paying the $200 quoted by the MacDealer for the power connection and the $300 Apple wants for the hinges.
