Good Morning Gina,
To clear up the last post yes my hubby did take the week off along with me. It was GREAT!!! MUCH NEEDED!!!!
When I said cookout I meant, yah he would cook outside to keep the mess outside and then he would bring the food in. Your right it is to cold to actually visit outside. Besides I am sure knowing them guys they will be playing cards of some kind and doing some drinking along with the game. As far as him smoking he has been smoking mine, but before he left this morning I ask him if he wanted me to leave him any of mine? He said no, he would manage. So this will tell the tail because he has been smoking 2 or 3 a day that I know of pretty regularly. I carry my carton with me in my vehicle so I have it if I run out while I am on the road. So we will see what he does about the situation. Whats your GUESS??? LOL!!!
My friend called me last night and talked to me for quite sometime. She had a 3 hour drive to a sight and of course 3 hours back home. She said she just could not wait any longer to try smoking so on the way to the sight she just puffed on two cigarettes. She said the first one was terrible and she thought she was going to get sick but she told herself she was going to do this one way or the other. Then she stopped and got a coffee and lit the second one later on before she got there. She said this one with coffee did not taste as bad but still did not try inhaling.
Then on the way home she had two more, the third one she still just puffed on and was getting alittle bit use to the taste. So the fourth one she tried to inhale and she told me she coughed so bad she thought she was going to have pull over on the side of the road. But one good thing she says, she likes the taste of menthol and she feels she is getting use to the smoke in her mouth so now all she has to do is learn the biggy. She ask me does everybody go through a coughing stage I said yah but you took to big of drag for just starting out. I told her you got to go slow.
Well then when she got home she had changed clothes and was fixing supper, her husband walked by her and said, your hair smells like cigarette smoke. She said yes thats because I have been smoking today in my car.
He did not say a word he just had a very mad look on his face when supper was ready, they sat down and had supper. Hubby got up from table told her he would be back later and did not return till after 1:00 AM. Then they talked till 3:00 AM about the situation in hand. He told her he thought she was kidding when she said she was going to start smoking. She said know I was not kidding. I told you I was going to start smoking and I meant it. Thats all I can say, other then I have started and I am going to contiue. So with all that said this is the reason I did not have to leave real early. My friend did not get to bed very early so she did not get up very early. Sounds like she may have another situation like yours was. But only time will tell.
Hey Gina this is a dumb question but after talking to my friend can you remember back, how many cigarettes did you just puff on before you actually tried to take your first inhale? What was your first inhale like? Did you cough your guts out? Or could you handle it ok. But once you learned was that first good inhale GREAT????
I know with me I puffed on about atleast 3 and then tried to inhale and coughed myself crazy.
But once I learned I never looked back.
Well I have JABBERED enough I have got you all caught up on everything.
I am out OUT OF HERE for a GOOD and INTERESTING TIME.
HAVE A GOOD DAY!!!!
CHAT SOON !!!
GO AHEAD AND ANSWER IF YOU GET A CHANCE I WILL HAVE A COMPUTER I CAN GET ON.
AMY
