She's talked about getting one, so I'm considering getting her one as a surprise -- the only issue is that she's pretty much a "closet" smoker and doesn't want to have something that big taking up space in our apartment. (When friends are over, she hides the ashtray in the closet, etc... she just doesn't feel like sharing this part of herself with certain people, probably due to the inevitable criticism.)
A friend of ours just bought her husband one, and has invited us to come over and share it. I really do like the social aspect of hookah smoking, so until we find a way around the storage issue we might just do that (in addition to going to a full-scale hookah bar on occasion).
