Late Bloomer Smokers

Brian: Most of my postings have been on the Smoking Ladies board, so feel free to look over there. However, we have similar situations. The difference is, my girlfriend, even now, will tell the world that she does not smoke. She does not smoke at all during the day, does not carry cigarettes in her purse, etc...
However, 4-5 nights per week, usually (but not always) in conjunction with either wine or cocktails, she will smoke somewhere between 1-10 cigarettes. She, like your wife, told me about a week ago that she is addicted to cigarettes. She, like your wife, looks so hot and sexy smoking. She takes good size drags, always holds the smoke in for 3-4 seconds and then has a slow, sexy exhale.
On Friday, I had fallen asleep watching a baseball game. She comes home, wakes me up and announces, "wake up, it's time to smoke". I throw some water on my face and go outside where she is waiting on the patio. She has a glass of wine in one hand, a lit cigarette in the other, and the pack of cigarettes, lighter and ashtray are in front of her. She ended up smoking 8 cigarettes before we went inside.
Interestingly, and in accordance with her smoking pattern, she did not smoke at all over the weekend. But she just called me a little while ago and said that she wants "happy hour" when she comes home tonight, which means alcohol and cigarettes. Once again, I will get to see my beautiful "non-smoking" girlfriend, light up and puff away on the cigarettes that I know she loves.
Hope that things keep progressing with your wife and you get to have many more happy smoking times with her.
