It's so weird how life changes when you are addicted to smoking. I used to wake up and think about showering and what I needed to do for the day...now my thoughts are overwhelmed with my need for a cigarette since my body has been deprived for a few/several hours. I must smoke shortly after waking up - and I have to say that first cigarette feels absolutely wonderful! Then, my focus comes back and the rest of the day can start......but it starts with cigarette smoke in my lungs which practically scream for it!
Still getting used to my new identity in life as a cigarette addict so I will again close by saying.....
My name is Ryan. I like to smoke cigarettes. I need to smoke cigarettes. I am addicted to smoking. I am a smoker.
