Dave: I never thought of that. Maybe you are correct, we will just have to see. However, I am excited for a trip we have coming up in December. We have decided to go to Italy for her birthday. The great thing about Italy is that everyone smokes and I think that smoking is still allowed in restaurants and bars there (if anyone knows this to not be the case anymore, please advise). Last year, we were in Spain. Since everyone around her was smoking, she was smoking like a chimney. We would sit in bars in Madrid and she would drink wine and smoke one after another. I am looking forward to this being the case in Italy as well.
