Agree wholeheartedly. Thank you. Because when the mass population of smokers either dies off or stops smoking, guess who will be shouldering the declining tax revenue burden? That's right! Those folks that don't smoke. Gee my high school disciplinarian was right, life does have a way of evening things out!
