Amy, Why I asked about why you started at age 54. Is I'm a 40 year old guy. I've smoked some. But when I get to thinking about how harmful smoking is to your health then I stop. Any tips on helping my get over that. And get me smoking like a steam locomotive. I'd really like to get to smoking.
