Hi Gina,
I told you in my last post the assignment I went on was a huge one and I had to do it by my self. Well I had to work most of the week end did not get home till Sunday afternoon so I flexed on Monday. I am sorry I did not get a chance to really post back to you and answer your questions in depth till now but I just will not take that chance on company computer. That is the reason why I left you that email address of mine so you could email me. Here again I do not even play Pogo games on my company computer because they look where it has been every office day. But they have no problem with web email. I hope by now things have begin to calm down on the home front with your husband. I know way back in June or July of last year when my husband found out I was smoking even before I told him he was upset but then after we set down and talked about it and he realized I was my own person and HE was not my dad he actually told me over time he thought I looked sexy smoking. That just about floored me. But I can tell you we have a very strong marriage to. we have been married 16 years so we been through thick and thin. We have know kids either. So it is just the two of us. I told you smoking has changed me well it has changed the way I dress for him. I get my nails done when I am home and I try to wear very sexy clothing when ever I am around him unless we are working in the yard or something like that. Do not take me wrong, I am not saying you do not dress nice. The other thing I carry perfume with me and mints so I can cover some of the smoke smell on me. Last but not least I can defanitely understand you saying the more he bugs me about smoking the more I just want to smoke. That is called being yourself and your own individual which I remarked about.

: Hi Amy,
:
: Thanks for your post. My
: husband & I sat down
: the other night and
: discussed a few things
: one of them being
: smoking. He ask me again
: why I would start such a
: unhealthy habit. I then
: thought about the things
: you posted. I said I am
: 42 and I am only smoking
: a few cigarettes a day
: (actually up to 7-8) and
: it is not any worse than
: you eating red meat and
: having high cholesterol.
: I by the way am very
: healthy and fit. The
: expense is not really an
: issue as we both have
: good paying jobs. He
: said the smell of
: cigarettes is nasty and
: said he can't stand
: kissing an ashtray. I
: guess that I smell of
: cigarette breath when I
: come home. I told him
: that I would chew gum or
: eat mints a little more.
: What do you do Amy? Do
: you have cigarette
: breath a lot and does
: your husband say
: anything or has he
: gotten use to it. The
: more he gets on me about
: this the more I just
: want to smoke.
