Smoking is really bad for your health but if you want an alternative, why don't you try the electronic cigarette? It's like smoking a cigarette without the smell and the bad health consequences. I bought mines at www.epuff.net a few months ago and I've quit tobacco without giving up the sensation of smoking. It's awesome, you should try it.
