Hi jessica,
Your response caught my eye, since i have been smoking ultra lights also. They did make it easier in the beginning, and I am beginning to enjoy it at this stage. My question is, will switching bring back some of the unpleasant things I first experienced with the ultra lights like dizziness? Also, if they do bring addiction, is this a difficult process or do most new smokers adjust to it easily...I guess that is the only issue that bothers me a bit sometimes. Thanks.

: No, you're not the only
: one who feels this way.
: I felt this way when I
: was younger, and I've
: met a few people over
: the years who have felt
: the same way when they
: started.
:
: If you're smoking a
: steady 10 per day, every
: day, chances are you are
: starting to get
: addicted. My best
: advice to you is to move
: up slightly to a
: stronger brand. There
: isn't much to Marlboro
: Ultra Lights, so they
: don't really help
: addiction all that much.
: Believe it or not, you
: would see a big
: difference just by
: moving up to Marlboro
: Lights.
:
: So, I would say continue
: smoking (as it would
: probably be hard to stop
: now anyway) and move up
: in strength to at least
: lights rather than ultra
: lights. I'm sure after
: another week or two
: smoking lights, you'll
: know if you're addicted.
:
: Best of luck SaraJane.

: I actually do like the
: idea of being addicted.
: Am I the only one who
: feels this way? Crazy?
: I can't explain it, I
: just like the idea not
: just enjoying a
: cigarette, but acutally
: needing one. Sound
: crazy?

: Its nice that you found
: the way to smoking. It
: may be that you are
: already addicted. Make
: the test written by
: Roger M..
: If you like the idea of
: beeing addicted it could
: be time to switch to
: stronger cigs without
: decreasing the number of
: cigs you smoke.
: Good luck.
