Hello SaraJane, I would think that by now you are at least on your way to becoming addicted to smoking. As has been already suggested, the only way to find out is by refaining from smoking for a day and see how you feel. I have to admit that I enjoy the releif that smoking gives when I have been "suffering" from cravings, it does make smoking that much more enjoyable. Melissa
