Several years ago we were given a gift of an Italian Aircraft Siai Marchetti from a friend that passed away. It's been sitting for several years, just received new engine and prop. We stored it for years and finally got around to getting the annual done and the AD is complied with. There were several items that needed to be corrected after the annual. It needed a step put on it which I purchased. We really are not rated in this airplane, we owned a 152, and the Siai Marchetti we realized that it's too much of an airplane for us and it really needs a home that someone will fly this aircraft.
