When it started it didn't look anything like it does now. There were these small pimple like deals on one leg right just below his leg feathers. One vet said the spur was causing it. That pic she posted showed the pimple on the wrong side of the leg for the spur to be causing it. Another said it was feathers growing in the wrong direction.
Now they're on both legs.
I did think about the immune system and the pred but like you, it might have a benefit. Who knows. We haven't heard anything from her since the removal of the puss.
