This is what I wanted Rachel to take a look at. I've never seen anything like this before. This roo belongs to someone else and has been looking for answers for months now.
She finally found a vet who had half a clue and realized the scabby area was basically bumble foot, there was a huge amount of infection under it.
The thing is, no one knows what the red lumps are. Its on both legs. It doesn't look like cancer to me and the vet confirmed that. I've suggested trying prednisone to see if there is any relief in the off chance its an environmental reaction.
And before you say anything, Paul, I've already suggested that she should put the bird down since his quality of life stinks.
