I couldn't agree with you more. Things need to change about how food animals are raised. Not just because its cruel but it also leads to disease that has the animals on antibiotics just to prevent the diseases they get because they are confined or in crowded conditons. I buy locally as often as I can. We don't have huge farming outfits here so the beef that comes to market is grazed. Of course we know where my eggs come from.
