What country are you in? If in Europe I suggest that you contact your local vet since they are very good about caring for chickens.
If you are not in the states its more difficult to suggest a drug since not all are available in all countries without a vet prescribing it. Chances are they need to be on an antibiotic for upper respiratory disease.
They obviously need something. Chances are good that they already had the problem and the stress of moving caused it to show up.
