Red spots on legs HELP PLEASE!!!

Hi

My rooster has red spots appearing along all of the one side of one leg....it looks like a long line of red there along the side of one leg....Can anybody help with this please? would antibiotics help? its very hard to find vets for chickens where i live :'( I don't know what to do its really scaring me i don't want him to die PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!
