Today is day 21 of incubating chicken eggs. I am a teacher and invited my class over to witness the hatching (since we are no longer allowed to complete this process in the schools...)The farmer who I used to get the fertilized eggs from in the past would always spray the eggs with water near the hatching date to provide them with more humidity. I didn't have a spray bottle so I poured a little water on the eggs last night (day 20). They haven't started hatching, and I am worried I drowned them... I know it is still early in day 21 but what are your thoughts?
