Need more info on the Brinsea. All of the spirit thermos are now filled with something I forget what is now, but are not accurate by any stretch.
The same would be true of the one that came with the bator. No clue what you got off Amazon so I can't say how good it is or isn't.
I use a Flukes for reptiles, I've found its very accurate, does both humdidity and temp and I also have two GQF digitals that measure temp only but are quite accurate.
