She's not processing the calcium properly. Every once in a while I have one that has a hard time getting it right. I dose with 1/2 cc of Calci boost, its a goat supplement and add vitamin D3 to help them to more efficiently utilize the calcium.
Try the calci boost for a couple of days with the D3 then just give her D3, if it looks like she's laying OK you can stop.
It happens, I had one that needed to be watched closely. Then one day something just changed and she began laying hard eggs and never needed to be supplemented again.
