Yup, I heard that too. Lottsa folks turn their eggs often before incubating. I never have, other than whenever I add eggs to the pile. I date my eggs with a pencil and lay them on a paper towel on the kitchen counter away from any heat. Now, I hen hatch all my chicks and my oriental game hens are not good layers, so my clutches tend to be small. If I was setting a lot of eggs in an incubator, I might do things differently........P
