Hi Sandi,
I am not far from you in Dighton,Ma. I have only 6 chickens and two coops. The larger coop is very heavy and well secured so I plan to put the girls in there. We will leave the smaller coop empty and securt it to the pen with ropes. Hopefully the storm will have last some intensity by the time it arrives here. If things get really hairy in plan to put the girls in large animal crates and put them in the barn.
Good luck, it sounds like you are getting well prepared. Pray we are spared to worst of it.
