I had the same problem recently. My one hen started laying less and some very thin shelled eggs. Then one egg with no shell at all!
I found it was because of stress in my case. I just added two more chickens and she didn't like it. Also she was not eating enough and lost some weight. I fed her some treats every couple of days like oatmeal with ground flax and some peas or apples all mixed up. All the girls loved it and she has started laying normal eggs again. Maybe your chickens arn't eating enough? The calcium thing, as posted earlier is probably the most likely thing though.
