Dissolve a 325mg aspirin in a gallon of water. From your description it sounds like she has a fever.
If she were mine I would probably put her on a broad spectrum antibiotic. Duramycin would be a good choice or PennG. I think most that we can get at feed stores in injectable. If she is a small bantam you can give her .20 cc under the skin or .10 cc in the muscle of her breast. Treat for three days with the injectable, ten with water soluble.
