Welcome to the Easy Dick...don't know where your at, but normally this time of year the girls will go into a moult. Their egg production system shuts down, while their bodies start to lose and replace/regrow new feathers. Also, the introduction of the new kids into the flock will cause added stress. As well as the day light is getting shorter now that fall is here.
What you want to do is make sure that your feed has a high portion of protein. Also, you can feed each of the girls 2-3 pieces of dry cat food, a couple of times a week, this will help with their protein in take and also with the new feather production.
As far as the daylight, what you can do is add a light and a timer to your coop, making sure that they get atleast 14 hours of light. This will help with the egg production. But not while the girls are moulting.
