Hi, Dick. I'm in the same situation. Older chickens are either molting, or not laying for other reasons, and the new ones aren't laying either. I'm not going to try lights, etc, I'm just going to let them go until spring, and hope for the best. I don't see any sense in trying to force them to lay eggs if the weather doesn't support it. We're getting a few eggs, not as many as I'd like, but enough. Hopefully things will turn around pretty soon.
