Vet said not eggbound would that inculude internal laying? I hope vet did not charge you much. When I hear bloody tail I think of cannibalism. Loss of weight not getting near feed bin. Wet tail loss of body fluids= dehydration. Isolate sick bird give some gatoraide, extra feed. Give antibiotics and best wishes.
