If you are talking about prolapse its very obvious with the internal tissues hanging from her vent area. The vet would not have missed that. You could try putting her on Tylan water soluable or PennG injectable, .20 cc in the breast or .5 sub-q behind the neck. If she perks up then chances are she's internally laying.
