Hi, I have had chickens for years and never encountered this problem. I recieved my Americauna pullets on May 11th. I raised them up unitl they didn't need heat and have my neighbor 6 of them. His 6 bagan laying about a month ago and mine are still not. We feed the same layer pellets free choice. My pullets free range and his do not. We both have a 60 wat light in the coop for 14 hours per day. I have tried feeding animal protein on top of the pellets. Now aout of 16 pullets I am getting one or 2 eggs per day.
Any ideas?
