Turning the eggs when they are peeping is no longer needed as they are in their last 3 days. The important thing is to not cook them. Temp should be 99-100 degrees and, if possible, get the humidity up. This can be done by using a bowl of water with a "wick", such as a washcloth half in/half out. Very crude, but I take it you don`t have an incubator. Good luck and welcome to The Easy.......P
