Thanks Scooter, I had only one for sure molt a few weeks back (the gold comet), but the RI's and the Rocks are definitely not molting. I am guessing there is some kind of pecking order thing going on and the hens are all out of sorts, but I have only been keeping a small flock for 18 months, so I don't know . Alan
