Hi Dawn, Welcome to The Easy. The respiratory problem can usually be treated with VetRX, or if it persists, pehaps an injection of pennecilin. If her legs feel warm, she has an infection.
The other hen, you lost, hard to tell without more info.
If I remember right, the medicated feed is only needed to prevent cocci. That doesn`t seem to be your problem. I don`t get into medications much, so maybe someone else will have a better reccomendation. Good luck.........P
