this was my first year breeding , i had four bators running . my hens eggs stayed fertile for 30 days after they were with a roo. at least 20 people told me this and my roos did not let me down. i hatched out buff orpingtons and buffs mixed with black australorp and wellsummers. i didn't do too bad my first year , we hatched out almost 350 chicks all togother! i started the end of march and ended the middle of september . BEST OF LUCK with any hatching you do!
