well i raise white rocks so i'm used to leg problems!!! we process are own chicken i'm sure we'll do the same with the cornish .I'm in Ontario Canada .cold here now will not be doing this until next yr was looking for site about them but not found good site yet ..I love cornish hens but they can be expensive here 7 to 8 $$$ a chicken .i'm thinking of maybe doing 10 to 15 more if my brother wants some to lol any help thanks
