Gosh Leslie, save some birds for somebody else,LOL. A hundred birds, WHEW!!
I would vaccinate all the chickens and not the other fowl unless they started showing symptoms. You didn`t mention the age of the two chicks. I believe there is a different vaccine for chicks under 2 weeks. Save everyone some stress and do the deed at night while picking them off the roost. Much easier. Sorry about your luck, but it could be a LOT worse. Good luck......P
