missing feathers only next to the neck.

thanks for the help. Now this chicken is looking a bit better but she is now missing a ton of feathers only next to her neck. I watch her and i don't know if she is plucking them herself or if they fall out. I don't notice many feathers just laying around. is there something i can put on there?
