Chicken with a hurt foot- will not stand on it.

I have a chicken with what looks like a callous on the bottom of her foot. She was walking two days ago and when I checked on them this morning she was laying down on the ground and would not get up. I looked on the bottom of her foot and saw the "sore?" I am not sure what it is and really not sure how to treat it. I have isolated her, but don't know what the next move should be. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Cher I will post pictures when I figure out how to do it.
