I live in a chicken processing area, The sight of birds flying out of trucks is not uncommon. On hwy. #178 between two small towns almost every day you see a bird or two. The birds usualy end up road kill. Tal trying to save one is commendable. I would not. I think quality of life for this bird will be short.
