Many roosters reach a point when they become a "man". Cockers say they "turn on".From that point they are very sure of themselves and dominate the hens. Some, like Dash, have an attitude from a very young age. I have a one eyed Brazilian cock that is one of those and got his eye slapped out at a young age when he sassed a mature cock. I also had to pen him alone at the age of about 6 weeks as he wanted to fight everyone except me. He`s easy to handle to this day, but deadly to other roosters....P
