Tal, I waited to chim in. If I am reading correctly, you found this bird on the side of a road. This is a broiler and it is not eating well. The stool is watery. In the chicken commericial industry birds going for processing are taken off feed for at least 24 hours before they are killed. That would leave him empty with only water in system. He was taken away from everything he had ever seen. And pushed through a hole in cage at 70 miles an hour landed on asphalt.He was lucky to have rolled out of traffic. He is only 7 or 8 weeks old and he was feed nitro feed. He is in shock. Ask your self do you want to make the commitment to save this bird. It will be hard. You will have to be his mama, and teach him about living a different life. He is proably in pain from hitting the road not wanting to move much. He does not know how to eat anything except the nitro feed. Besr wishes
