Hi there i have a hybrid hen that we thought was broody as she was constantly on nest box and went off lay!! she did this twice and both times we put her in a small cage as advised for 3-4 days then she seemed ok and started to lay again. she has now again started to stay on nest box and when i lifted her out yday i noticed she has lost all her feathers from round the top of her legs and across her breast. she seems ok in herself and is quite happy to be handled!! any ideas??
