A commercial operation would cull a bird like that because it would be slower to gain weight and probably lay fewer eggs, in other words, more costly to feed for less profit. If her primary use to you is to be a pet and a little pal, I'd say as long as she can eat and drink enough on her own to stay happy it's probably fine. Though she may not live as long since she is spending extra energy to get by, they sometimes surprise us and live a long time with problems. I have one with a dislocated hip that stunted her growth and makes her run in a zig-zag, but run she does and seems to enjoy life. I would try to look out for things she may get stuck in as a result of the beak making "hook" shapes side to side. Watch her and see how she does. If there's a way to fix it, I have not yet com across it in my resources. But maybe someone else here will. Good luck!
