It wasn't as bad at first as it is now. I have to drop her in the chick feed bag, while I feed the others. At that point she totally gorges.
Which I know is not practicing Good husbandry.
My DH wanted us to cull her when she was first hatched, but I get too emotionally attached/envolved. NOW the beak is as bad as your little girls. The main thing, is their ability to keep tongue moist. As long as mine is eating, and drinking, I will let her be, if she begins to decline, we will have to cull her.
I won't hatch any of her eggs later, cause I think it may be inharited??? Need to google that.
Good luck Sara, mine is ajust a chick still, has a long way to go to get to where yours is.
And your hen is pretty too.
