Hi, Joe
Good idea, 5 hens and 1 rooster will leave room for those other birds, you will have to get when the chicken bug bites you. I just wanted a few hens for the eggs. Now I am building a second coop. I am planning on sharing eggs with the whole neighborhood. I am even getting white leghorn for Pam. Pam "does not like brown eggs". Pam is married to my brother.
