You could try putting 4 posts inside your older girls yard or area they hang out and putting up some deer net and putting your new girls in there with separate food and water daily for a couple of weeks to get everyone used to each other. Then try introducing the new ones by taking the fence down during the day and they should just sort of melt together - this has worked perfect for me many times without any fuss at all.
