So sorry you are having trouble - sometimes if hens are not getting enough calcium the shells or yolks do not develop properly and you can get this shell. And sometimes, even worse, this squishy, white, opaque shell breaks and the insides are left in your hen and cause very serious infection. You are going to have to clean her out and make sure there is no more eggshell or egg inside her. Yeah, you gotta.
