I wouldn't do that - it's never good to get chickens wet and misting them in their henhouse brings unwelcome moisture and possible mildew and mold which is deadly to chickens. The best way to cool those gals is make sure you have two openings/windows/vents with a good fan blowing out one so that fresh air is always moving through, but not on, your girls. If you don't have electricity they make good solar roof vent fans for henhouses. Also making sure there is good shade for them, planting a couple shade trees on the hot afternoon sun side or building a nice shed roof on the hot side helps a lot.
